DIY Awning Installation Instructions
How to Install a Retractable Awning - Do It Yourself
DIY INSTALLATION LINKS
1. Mount the brackets as required for your application.
Hint: Make certain the brackets are mounted level and straight up (plumb). If the brackets are level and plumb, the support tube will slide easily into the brackets.
2. Slide the awning support tube into the mounted brackets.
Hint: Insert the security bolts into the bracket and hand tighten. Then you can slide the awning inside of the brackets to center it up over the opening. Tighten security bolts.
3. Adjust the angle of the awning to the desired position.
Hint: Extend your awning and have a seat underneath in the shade. You have just made a huge improvement in the value of your home and the fun factor under your Sundown retractable awning.
4. DIY Awning Installation instructions are available on each individual product page under the "Installation" tab.
