Awning Characteristics

Awning Description

The East/West retractable awning extends like a traditional awning, but also has an angled section that substantially increases sun protection. Early-morning and late-afternoon sunlight are effectively blocked, leaving maximum headroom under the awning.

The East/West retractable awning utilizes a specially engineered triangular, low-profile back mounting bar that allows for wall, rafter or ceiling mount. An optional hood adds additional fabric protection when the awning is retracted.

Upgrades including motorized operation, remote control, and sun and wind sensors make the East/West awning an ideal, easy-to- operate shade solution for decks, balconies and storefronts with East or West exposures.
