Return Policy

AGI Group, Inc. stands behind it's fine products and will remedy any defect in manufacturing and/or workmanship by repairing or replacing at our discretion. OEM Manufacturers Warranty applies in most cases and BPS will be happy to assist you with any warranty issues you may have.

The customer will be responsible for freight costs, i.e for the original shipment and the return. In products where shipping cost is included in the cost of the product, this cost will be extracted from the published product price and charged back to the customer as part of the refund.

AGI Group, Inc. will accept product returns under the following terms:

• All awnings are custom made. Awnings ordered from AGI Group, Inc. are not returnable as they are manufactured specifically for you and are not resalable.
  
  
• All returns must be approved by AGI Group, Inc. in writing or by E-mail.
  
  
• A Return Authorization Number (RA) will be assigned the item to be
  returned.
  
  
• The RA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of each carton.
  
  
• Any returned items that are received without a Return Authorization number
  clearly marked on the outside of the carton will NOT be accepted by our
  receiving department. The shipper will return the goods to you. The cost of the return shipping to you will be at your expense.
  
  
• The returned item must be in the original carton.
  
  
• The item must be returned prepaid to the address provided on the Return
  Authorization.
  
  
• All disputes will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida in the United States of America
