This warranty covers the SunDown Collection of awnings from all defects in material and workmanship when operating under normal conditions.

Fabric
Five-year manufacturer's limited (prorated) warranty

Motors
Five-year manufacturer's limited (prorated) warranty

Sensors
One-year manufacturer's limited (prorated) warranty

The aluminum frame and associated frame components, excluding electric motors, miscellaneous electronics, and fabric are warranted for a period of six years from the original date of purchase. This shall be in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The fabric, electric motors and other miscellaneous electronic components carry a separate manufacturers limited warranty.

During the warranty period, and upon confirmation of purchase, the defective part or parts will be repaired or replaced (at the prorated price) at the discretion of AGI Group, Inc. and/or the manufacturer. All freight to and from the manufacturer is to be paid by the customer. Under no circumstances will AGI Group, Inc.. be responsible for expense in connection with repairs made by anyone other than the manufacturer and/or AGI Group, Inc.. Repairs not under warranty will be at such cost as the manufacturer and/or AGI Group, Inc. may from time to time generally establish. This warranty will not apply if the product has been misused, abused, altered or installed improperly. This warranty cannot be transferred or assigned by the customer.

This warranty does not apply to damage to the awning by acts of nature, including but not limited to hurricanes, gales, tornados, snow, sleet, hail, heavy rain, heavy winds, flood, monsoons, fires, vandalism, or accumulated weight on the awning.

In no event shall AGI Group, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of this warranty.

This warranty and all other terms and conditions will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida in the United States of America.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
